This website is run by KevHop & Co., LLC, a handyman and renovation business in Eugene, Oregon. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and what happens to it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we ask for your name, phone number, and email address. That's it. No payment information, no tracking pixels, no analytics profiles.
How form submissions work
Our forms are delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form service that forwards your message to our email address (kevhopandco.llc@gmail.com). FormSubmit processes the submission so it can deliver it to us; their handling is governed by their own privacy policy. Once we receive your details, FormSubmit is out of the loop.
What we do with your information
We use your name, phone number, and email to contact you about your project and to send you an estimate. That is the only use. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep request emails for as long as they are useful for running the business and for record-keeping required of licensed Oregon contractors. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so promptly.
Cookies
This site stores only your light/dark theme preference in your browser. It does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
